Lynn Holmes did a beautiful and up-to-code stairway railing on my double-twisting stairway. He does great work and I highly recommend him to anyone with construction issues.

Lynn Holmes did a project for me last winter. Needed a railing on steps from my front porch. He did a great job even in the cold weather. It looks so nice and I have had many compliments on it. He finished in a timely fashion and the cost was a reasonable . Very happy with it. I would and have recommended him to others and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Lynn is very knowledgeable about his work. I was pleased on the ceiling. Which was in rough shape when started. This was a bedroom, converted into an accessible bathroom. For the aging population.

New construction job with some need for skill. We made the frame for the round window by hand on site. Everything else was rather standard,  but it was a big project,  not all pictured here. 

College Dormatory Interior Carpentry

For this project, we altered the design of the kitchen format to accommodate a larger, more modern refrigerator than originally present.  In order to improve the appearance of the transition from refrigerator to the range, we added a refrigerator side panel. it was necessary to move one power outlet and change another to a light mounting position. The customer chose to go with a herringbone tile pattern, which adds richness to the motif. Quartz countertop,  and undermount stainless single bow sink round out this super functional kitchenette.

In order to comply with continuous handrail, we made several intricate turns to follow the staircase with winders at the top and bottom of a straight run. This was a fun and rewarding project.  

On this job, i was working as a member of a team of carpenters.  We followed drawings and consulted the designer as issues presented challenges. This home had lots of features, one of which not pictured, is a glass walled, climate controlled wine cellar, other features: i door basketball court, cedar lighting clouds, stair systems, shadow line instead of baseboards, kitchen, with butlers pantry.  

Interior Trim Job in River Side Home

This was a fun one! I had to figure out how to repair something from a time gone by. The main door was in great shape, so we decided to replace the missing bottom rail of the raised panel door. The mechanism was simple in design,  and we ended up re-using the latches,  after cleaning and lubricating them. We incorporated some new hardware with the old to push it over the finish line. It seems i didn't get a photo of the siding repair, but i repaired it as well. I will have the customer send me a photo of the finished product,  and come back and add it later. I enjoyed the challenge of this project.
